3rd July 2004 Windsurfing: Treco Bay , Porthcawl Wind Direction: west Wind Stength: 18mph Surf / Sea State: waves small Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: sunny spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: Batphone ringing again ear;y this morn , confired with all Treco was the place .Clive rang back to say he was at Treco and that it looked to big and wanted to go to Newton after a bit of "man or mouse " he decieded to stay . Great day 4.5m for a while then it dropped off a bit , 5.3m rest of afternoon , waves and swell not as big as in week but still v,good conditions .All the local crew out Jamie going for back loops , he did try a front but like a good Swede Ref i disallowed it telling him i,ve had better catupults . Sailed from 12 -5pm . |
